Right of Withdrawal

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal for posters and frames. The withdrawal period begins from the day you or your representative receive the item. Note that canvas prints are not eligible for return as they are made to order.

Frames are delivered with protective sealing that must not be broken if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Posters are delivered rolled with sealed tissue paper – the seal must not be opened.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@antler.se with your order number, product name, and reason for return. Products must be returned within 14 days of your notice, well packaged in original packaging and in unchanged condition to our return address: ANTLER, Ladugatan 57, 254 48 Helsingborg, Sweden.

Return shipping costs 79 SEK (500 SEK for frames in size 100x140 cm). Refunds are processed without undue delay after we receive and approve the return. Any decrease in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product may be deducted.
